Méthode Cap Classique Blanc de Blancs 2013

This bubbly is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on TOKARA’s Elgin property, a cool-climate area atop Sir Lowry’s Pass.
The depth of flavour, elegance and complexity is extra ordinary from spending more than five years on the yeast lees before disgorgement. The fine, consistent mousse interplays with aromas of freshly baked brioche, fresh apples and a hint of lemon blossom typical of Chardonnay. Delicate bubbles explode in your mouth upon entry leaving you with mouth filling flavours of toasted almonds, freshly buttered toast, notes of lemon and lime preserve and crisp minerality. This is an incredibly moreish bubbly that will leave you yearning for another sip.
Presented in a stylish gift box.
